3 Select the list file you want to open.
4 Do one of the following:
• Click the Open button.
• Double-click the selected list file.
To save a list file:
• Click the Save icon .
To use the Save As menu command:
1 Click the File menu.
2 Select Save As. The Save As window appears.
3 Define the destination folder where the list file will be save.
4 Specify a filename for the list file.
5 Click the Save button.
If an existing list file in the destination folder has the same filename as the one you
defined, a dialog box appears.
Click Yes to overwrite the existing file with the current file; otherwise, click No.
